14 January 2019 (Monday) - Our KK JC Agency conducted a meeting in which mainly focusing on our team goals for this year 2019. The session is started with defining goals itself in which each KK JC team members will set their goals and target for this year.
Besides that, our Unit Manager also make a briefing to all agent about on how to use apps AIA Business Planner. In this apps, every agent will set their ANP target for this year as well the agent need to record all their activities such as making appointment with new prospect in their business planner. This apps enable our Unit Manager to monitor our agent daily activity in order to ensure this year 2019, all the agent hit their goals.
