Madam Jenny Chin started off by building her experiences, by being a Secretary at a developer's company. She then joined the Malaysian Airlines as a Stewardess, but decided to retire and accidentally been approached by her leader in the Insurance Industry. She become a Life Planner of AIA Bhd under KK Connie Agency in the year 1991.
"Started from zero, perseverance made her soar high up and achieve success in the industry."
Coming from a different line of work previously, she started off as a Life Planner with zero knowledge on insurance. She stated that, everything is completely new, and she meet all her potential prospects with no transportation, no referrals and secured her meeting through cold callings.
"Nothing is impossible if you believe you are able to achieve it."
Completely different from the suggested method of approach by the usual "Family, Friends and Strangers", Madam Jenny approaches mostly strangers, people he has no connection with and the important key people of companies.
